We take great care to ensure every garment meets our quality standards before leaving our boutique or being shipped.
If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer an exchange on full-priced items purchased in-store within 7 days or online within 14 days of delivery, with valid proof of purchase required.
If an alternative item for exchange is not selected, a credit note valid for 6 months will be issued.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all swing tags attached. Items are inspected upon return. If a garment is not in its original condition, we are unable to offer an exchange or credit.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection.
Sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or credit.
Aribella Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse an exchange or credit if a item is returned in a non-saleable condition. For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
For online purchases, please email info@aribella.com.auto request an exchange. Return and any additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In-store purchases may be exchanged at our boutique within the exchange period, subject to the conditions above.
